EKOBO is a French eco-friendly, lifestyle brand that was launched in 2003. One of the world's most rapidly renewable resources, bamboo, has always been at the center of their work. But as time has gone on EKOBO has evolved their range over the years to introduce other sustainable materials such as cork, rePET fabric, food-grade silicone and GOTS certified organic cotton. Their premium bamboo fiber collections started with one kid set. At the time, the founders were new parents of their first daughter, and they very quickly saw the need for non-toxic dishware for children. Leaning on years of expertise in Fairtrade bamboo handicraft and a background in product design, everything came to fruition in 2010 with their BIOBU® bamboo fiber eco-composite. EKOBO now proudly offers over 500 references in a wide palette of forms and colors; thoughtful products designed for modern life, both indoors and out.
