He was driven by a simple question: "What is the minimum needed to make a great espresso?" This means no gadgets; just pure delicious espresso. 

Thirty years of experience as an engineer in the bio-medical were applied to the development of the flair line. Dozens of prototypes and iterations late, Flair's founder had arrived at his goal: a quality product that eliminates all the complexity found in high-end espresso machines. Every element was incorporated into a simple, elegant, and affordable product. A product with one purpose: make espresso right.
