ACME Studios was founded in 1985 in Los Angeles, California by Adrian Olabuenaga and his wife Lesley Bailey. Acme first appeared with a limited edition collection of Jewelry by the world renowned Peter Shire, the LA-based member of the Memphis Group. Soon after this initial release, Acme unveiled a large collection of over 100 pieces.
