Toff & Zurpel was founded by a couple of travelers named Marie and Markus. They met on the Camino del Norte in Spain, and have been going their way ever since.

The couples greatest passion is traveling. They love making a pilgrimage, experiencing nature and enjoying great food. Wherever they discovered new countries, foreign cultures and people they also met the beeswax cloth. From then on, they could no longer imagine their kitchen and their excursions without. They then began to found their manufactory in Dresden in autumn 2017.

In their manufactory, sustainability is the top priority in all production. The high demands on the quality of our products and the design characterize the couple as well as the attention to detail that goes into every product.
